We’ve been delivering quality chiropractic care to the Lower North Shore community since 2003. We are constantly striving to provide you with the finest chiropractic experience possible whilst recognising that health is more than just feeling good. Together we will aim to strengthen your body and nourish your mind so that you can be at your very best!

Our approach is simple. We believe that health is among our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they’ve lost their health, our commitment is three-fold:
1. Relief Care
When you seek care in our office you have one goal: relief. So that’s where we start! During this initial stage of treatment, we have several obligations:
- Uncover the underlying cause of the health problem
- Suggest a care and treatment plan to produce the fastest results possible
- Offer ways in which you can participate in your recovery eg Exercises
- Explain the value of post-symptomatic wellness care
2. Wellness Care
When you are feeling better after the initial relief care it is suggested that you continue with the treatment necessary to fully heal the spine and surrounding soft tissues. Visits become less frequent as your body heals and strengthens. An exercise program will be designed for your body type and it’s specific weaknesses, along with nutritional advice and an ergonomic evaluation.
3. Maintenance and Performance Care
Most of our patients choose this type of chiropractic care. Similar to the dental check up, maintenance care is designed to monitor your spinal health and correct any underlying dysfuctions that could lead to more serious problems in the future. We encourage our patients to achieve the highest level of health they can. Our desire is to see our practice members take a more proactive role in their health care.
